Shipping:
We guarantee free shipping on all orders totaling $70 or more. All in stock pieces are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day mail from Northern California. Orders are generally shipped within two business days and you'll get a shipping schedule if it will be longer. Depending on location, you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days of shipment. If you prefer an alternate shipping method please select it from the shipping options at check out. Please contact us for shipping costs to foreign locations. Overnight shipping is available for a flat rate of $49.95 but contact us immediately to ensure we can meet your needs in terms of times/location.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 9.25% will be applied to orders placed in California.
Warranty:
Our number one priority is for our jewelry to make you very, very happy. We guarantee the quality of all of our products. If anything is defective upon receiving the item, or if the item should fail in anyway within one year we will replace it or repair it free of charge. If you're piece has endured rugged wear over the years and needs an "overhaul" contact us and we can arrange to spiff it up for a fee. Please be mindful of cleaning and care instructions and Bronwen jewelry should never be worn in water unless identified as a "water-friendly" piece. This will ensure that your piece lasts beautifully for a very long time. The customer is responsible for the any shipping costs associated with shipping a return item back to bronwen.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the piece or it doesn’t fit the way you hoped, send it back in original condition in the original packaging within 10 days for a full refund or credit. When returning an item, please explain the reason for the return and why you are not satisfied. No credit or refunds will be issued after 10 days from the date the item was purchased.
